All boilers are 'A' rated to comply with part 'L' regulation. 'Gasmark' recomments Vaillant and Viessmann boilers and is an approved installer for both. |
| Boiler exchanges and upgrades – If your boiler needs changing we can provide you with the perfect boiler to suit your needs – anything from an open-vented, system, or combination boiler. We can upgrade your system pipe work to meet the current standards and improve the efficiency of the system. All boiler changes, upgrades and full system installations are provided with the correct certification from ‘Gas Safe’ to meet the current building regulations. |

| Power flushing – |
| Is your central heating system not heating properly or is the boiler noisy? Are some radiators hot and some cold? They system may require a power flush. 'Gasmarks can provide this service and is registered agent with 'Kamco'. |
| The power flushing process is unique. The flushing machine enables the engineer to clean out a central heating system without removing any radiators. Chemicals are added to the system to break up the sludge. The power flushing machine then removes the dirty water and adds clean fresh water. | Hot water cylinders and radiators – We can exchange or install open vented or high pressure hot water cylinders (Mega-flow). Radiators can be exchanged or installed or removed. Radiator valves can be fitted or exchanged. |
